Our stay at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel was incredibly memorable and met the highest standards of expectation and service. From the spacious and modern hotel room, to the thoughtful considerations and amenities throughout our stay, staff met us with a friendly smile and professional manner. The check-in and parking process went smoothly, and the text line allowed us to reach a staff member at all times during our stay. Ember & Ice served delicious, well-crafted beverages and Kindryd Hearth featured delicious dinner and dessert options. The Idlewild Spa was an experience in itself - offering the most luxurious selections, including a Salt Room, Sauna, Steam Room, Outdoor Hot Tub, Light Snacks and Beverages, and much more. We hope to return in the upcoming years!

This Hotel was wonderful ! The staff were so helpful. Two staff members stand out are Christine in the dinning room. Then at the front desk Kaylie she was amazing. The only problem we had the closing of the dinning areas to be closed did not make sense to us. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay
