Towels aren’t cleaned well , roaches are in the microwave and bathroom. The covers had stains on them and the bulb in the tv needs to be changed. It turns off while watching !

Pool was shut down inspection, room was dirty sanding residue on the fixture and door handle in the bathroom, toilet ran all night, curtains ripped wouldn’t shut all the way, pretty run down, will not be coming back again.

Pool was closed and Hot tub was removed. Pool was the main reason I stayed here and spent more as my son wanted to swim. He was visually upset and staff showed no emotion or care
