Clean, roomy had everything I needed. Parking was easy and very easy to get on and off freeway. Attached to the Mall of America so we didn’t need to go out in the wet and cold weather. Lots of excellent dining choices.

The two ladies at check in were not approachable or friendly, I felt like I was interrupting their personal conversation. They didn’t say much. What’s my room number, what direction to go, any questions, where to park etc. Last issue, the pool was freezing cold. Room was nice and clean.

The hallways were not clean the entire time I was there and there were no trash bags in the trash cans. The reception area is beautiful but very tiny/somewhat congested. Considering its location, the stakeholders/owners could use some 'restructuring.'

I had dinner at the Fire Lake Grill House at Radisson Blu and it was terrible. I ordered the rotisserie and it was very dried out and the broccolini that came with it was burnt and soggy, very disappointing!
