We booked a king room and they put us in a double bed room. I complained twice and finally got a king suite as originally booked the next day. Problem is when we moved over, my sonicare toothbrush went missing after the room was cleaned. which is valued at one hundred and forty dollars. The front desk person asked me if they could clean the room before we moved which was odd. Thank god I had all my other valuables with me. The downstairs areas were ice cold , so you could not stay in the common areas, the pool and jacuzzi were under maintenance. I feel like with no breakfast included and the price and no amenities It was but pretty bad stay......... I honestly should be refunded about a hundred and eighty dollars for the problems........

Hopefully it was just our room and is not typical - there is very loud, intermittent mechanical noise from a pump or something and also a fan of some type. Worse in the morning and wakes you up. Also the toilet needs a new flapper and fill valve - does not seal until we took toilet tank lid off and manually close. This means the toilet tries to fill until you stop it. Shower spray arm does not hold and keeps dropping down into the tub. Other than that the room is large and clean. Desk staff were very nice.Would not stay here again though.

We had a one bedroom suite with 2 beds. We had a party of 3. The beds were double beds only and had i been aware of that, i would've continued to look for at least a hotel with queen beds. The room was ok but we had a large AC/heater with venting through the Window area and another tall heater stand in the room. There's a lot of cold air coming in underneath the furnace room door. Front desk staff was wonderful upon check in. That's our main reason for the positives in our stay.

The stay was great, the guy at the front desk who checked us in was awesome. He made sure he checked in with us so often. There needs to be more people like him. He is lovely.

Staff was amazing, super friendly and polite, and very professional. Price like always was great. Room was super clean! Unfortunately they do not offer any kind of breakfast so that was a bit of a let down. But we already knew that. I really wish they would offer at least a continental breakfast. Anywho over all I'd rather choose Candlewood Hotel 100%. So thank you all for such a great stay.

Nice hotel. We really enjoyed the large room with two bedrooms and a large kitchen living quarters! The pool area was nice and the hotel was payed out nice. Hotel does need to fix their fire alarm system that went off randomly.

Very Nice Hotel. I recommend

Every clean hotel, friendly staff. The suite was clean and spacious. The only issues I had was the low water pressure in the shower and the air conditioner was extremely loud and rattled when turned on so we had to keep the heater on.

Great hotel! It just happened to be customer appreciation day and the staff grilled hotdogs and hamburgers, and a variety a cookies as a desert. They made a rotel dip with chips. With different pastas to have on the side as well, all for free! That was so convenient for me and my children, I will definitely be back for another stay when we’re in town.
