This is as described. It is a lower end property. The pool and hot tub are fine. On check-in no one gave me information about times for the continental breakfast or pool hours. It is a decent value for the area but it is an aging property in need of updates.

TV didn’t work, no remote. Asked them to fix the situation. They did nothing. The fridge stunk and didn’t work. We asked to speak to the manager. They said they’ll be back in January. It’s the beginning of December. They were not accommodating at all.

We didn’t use the pool facilities because it was colder in that room than the rest of the hotel and the pool water was cold and hot tub was at best warm. There’s a junkyard of cars taking up the back of the parking lot so if you get there after 9p you’re hard pressed to find parking. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping at check in for our 2 day stay and we said no but they still came and knocked on the door anyway. Fine, but don’t bother asking if you’re not going to communicate it to staff. Rooms were ok but a little run down to the extent our curtain rod broke off and all the hooks came out of the track. The inside curtain itself was in shreds and stained. Fridge froze everything we put in it including some seltzers; we didn’t touch the control. Poor lighting all around the room; tried to iron wedding clothes and couldn’t see with where the board would fit and there was a plug in for the iron. Price was ok, but there are other many cheaper options nearby.

When we walked into the room, we smelled cat pee. The room was nice, but we could tell we were in a pet friendly. The bathtub has as curved inside walls. My husband slipped and fell in the tub. He is fine, but it scared the life out of me. The customer service was helpful and courteous.

The room was clean but my door wouldn’t ever fully lock. There was also no parking spaces available if I came in past 6pm which left me, and a multitude of other people, parking in the grass outside of the hotel. It was a fine place to rest my head, but would recommend staying across the street instead.
