🪪 Guest Verification Requirement



• Photo ID is required for all adult guests staying in the unit.

• The primary guest must complete a standard 7-year background verification through a secure third-party provider.

• The process requires the last 4 digits of the primary guest’s SSN for identity verification.



International guests are exempt from the background verification, but must still provide a valid photo ID.

Excellent and clean space and the host was so amazing, with great location to town, including several restaurants in walking distance. Definitely booking again if I ever come back to town.
