*Guest Access*
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Please note that the garage and a few locked closets are not accessible. For your convenience, four dedicated parking spaces are available in the driveway, with free on-site parking included.

Please take note of these important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

-We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs per reservation. Please contact us for complete details before booking, as breed and size restrictions may apply.

-A $550 pet fee applies for guests bringing pets.

-If you bring a second dog, an additional $175 will be charged.

-A pet addendum will need to be signed prior to your arrival

-Guest Count & Pricing: Our nightly rate is based on four guests. Any additional guests beyond the initial four will incur an extra fee per person. This flexible rate structure ensures you only pay for the actual number of people staying. Please inform us if your guest count changes after booking so we can adjust the rate accordingly. -A signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification are required before check-in.

-The responsible guest must be 25 or older. The responsible guest must be 25 or older. Unless an arrangement has been made prior to booking.

-Extended Stays: Off-season monthly and daily rates are available for those seeking extended stays outside peak times.

-All month-to-month (30 days or more) reservations require renters` insurance.

-We require a $195 pre-authorization on your credit card, which will be released 7 days after checkout unless there are any damages or additional charges.

Our rate is based on four people staying at the home. Any additional guests above the initial four will incur an extra fee per guest. This “value-added service” ensures you’re charged only for the actual number of guests, rather than a flat rate for the entire home. We are happy to adjust the rate if your guest count changes after booking — just let us know. We strive to be flexible and accommodating.

• A signed Rental Agreement and a government-issued photo ID are required to access our property via a trusted third-party process. By completing this reservation, you accept these conditions, and no refund will be issued outside the refund timeline.

• Strict policies against parties, events, or excessive drinking.

• Occupancy limits and quiet hours are enforced in this residential area.

• The booking guest must be at least 25 years old, and the responsible party must be present throughout the reservation unless otherwise negotiated.

• A refundable damage deposit of $195 preauthorization will be placed on your credit card. It will be released 14 days after checkout, unless there are any damages or issues.
