Requested to be near the rest of our group on a phone call, we werent near them. The pool "guard" kept harrasing my daughter and had her crying for 45 mins and she broke out into hives because of the ordeal. The shuttle drivers were amazing, the app could use help. One point we waited 50 mins on a driver and it kept saying driver was coming but then would add more stops and time. Room was clean, decent size room & bathroom. Not sound proof, so it’s lots of noice from pool and hallway. Prepared your own drink including water because they have coffee maker but not a single bottle of water. The pool smells chlorine that at one time was smells so strong. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Over all it was nice stay with compliments of free delivery grabhub for food since they don’t offer any room service or breakfast except mini starbuck that only open during breakfast time. It’s super close to MoA and you can walk there.

We book a room at the Wyndham in Bloomington with the intent of a trial run with our kids getting used to staying at a hotel. We choose this location because of the indoor water park and pool. Our kids really enjoyed it! The staff was friendly, appearance and aesthetics of the hotel were modern and appealing. Although we didn’t have time to eat at the restaurant attached, we felt it would have been an enjoyable experience. The only thing we would like to changed is to have the bathrooms for the pool area inside the pool area, not outside.overall, we recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

The room was in good condition. I did request to change rooms after the first night as that room was adjacent to mechanical equipment that had constant hum. A significant other issue is with the fitness center which has 5 piece of cardio equipment and none of them work.
