Sink was clogged and took 20 mins to drain, the AC is preset so no matter what temp you set it on, it’s always going to run at what ever temp they have it set on, be prepared to put a 100.00 incidentals on your card, was woke up at 8:30am by room service to clean my room even though check out wasn’t until 11am. It was priced well, and it was clean. I will give it that.

The room for the most part was clean. The chair they privide in the room was very stained/dirty. Definitely needs to be replaced. The provided blow had broken pieces that hasn't been fixed because they don't wipe it down when cleaning. The blow dryers handle was extremely sticky with residue of some sort. Other than that the bed was clean and comfy, nice tv, clean fridge and microwave. The staff I dealt with were polite and nice

As soon as I walked in to the building, the smell that hit me was pleasant. Usually, it smells like swimming pool but this one was very clean and smelled nice.

The hotel manager staff-and employees were exceptionally helpful and polite. The room was clean comfortable with a nice firm bed. Hotel was conveniently located to everything you wanted to do. We look forward staying there again on our return home to visit.

Our family recently stayed at this amazing hotel. And I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting us with warm smiles and making sure we had everything we needed to check in smoothly. The lobby was clean, modern, and inviting, setting the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The beds were plush and cozy, ensuring that we all got a great night’s sleep after our long day of travel. It was also a huge plus that the room had plenty of space for our kids to relax and unwind. One of the highlights for our family was the hotel’s amenities. The breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to satisfy both the kids and us. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a fun and safe environment for our children to splash around and enjoy themselves. Was looking forward to using the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was cold and the pool only had about 3/4 of the water it should have had in. I booked 2 rooms in the booking asked for 2 queens was only given 1 room with 2 queens annd other room was a king. Were placed on 2 different floors.

Pool was down our whole trip, bathroom floors were sticky where we stayed and the glass fort for the shower was broken in a way. The place is nice and quiet as there was only about 4 other families that stayed there at the time.

They first checked us in to a room not cleaned. Moved us to a clean room, but next morning we woke up to the cleaning staff entering our room unannounced. Management had no explanation for either mistake, and were uninterested in any resolution beyond the minimum empty apology. At checkout they couldn't print my receipt, had to leave my email (same that I booked with). Leaving this review 3 days after checkout, haven't received my receipt. Sonesta will not be an option for us next time.

The outside of the property is misleading. Check in was smooth. Until we carried all our luggage inside. 2 sets of keys didnt work. They moved us to a different room. Tv volume wouldnt turn down past 10, one of the black put curtains was missing, huge crack in the shower we didnt notice until after midnight. Exhaust fan was very loud in the bathroom. Listened to kids scream and holler all night.

Cleaning crew must have been asleep

The staff were excellent. First room our tv did not work and smelt horrible so the front desk staff, Lee easily gave us a different room. The 2nd room smelt better, the tv worked but there was urine all over the toilet seat and bathroom floor - once again Lee came to the rescue as we asked if he could thoroughly clean it which he did. We usually have a good stay here so were surprised at this definite cleaning oversight.
