This hotel was very mismanaged. Our flight was delayed , so we did not get to the hotel until 1:30 AM. No hotel staff was there. A note at the desk gave a number to call. When we called it the person said that they had went to the airport and would be back soon. When they got back they could not find our reservation that we had book 2 months earlier, but finally just gave us rooms but told us since they didn’t know we were coming , to let us know if the rooms needed anything and that the manager would be there in the morning. There was no trash cans in the rooms, the TV didn’t work, the body was had fallen off the wall of the shower and was broken on the shower floor. and the blow dryer was broken. The next morning we were told that the manager was in meetings and couldn’t talk to us. Late that afternoon a gentleman at the desk apologized to us. Saying that he didn’t know why we had been told we had no reservation, when he remembers putting it in the system 2 months ago. He then went out of his way to fix the problems in our rooms. The front desk was unmanned most mornings and breakfast items often ran out. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool . Unfortunately the pool was ice cold and the the hot tub was barely warm. There was also some sticky on the handrail into the pool. They told us it would be fixed but in the three days we were there it wasn’t. Next time we visit Minot we will not be staying here!

The pool was down. Common area bathrooms were gross. Breakfast was not good. The room itself was big and nice but there was water damage on the bathroom ceilings and they were out of shampoo in the pump bottle. The place needs some care.

There is a need for maintenance at this hotel. There were several issues with our room from lights burnt out to plug-ins not working. Elsewhere there were out of order signs. However, having said that, the room was clean, big and the beds comfortable. While I did have to wait at the desk for the attendant to come, she was friendly and helpful.

A Hotel In Decline

Not impressed with this hotel. We checked-in at 8pm and our room was not ready. When check-in starts earlier in the day, we expected that by 8pm our room would be ready to go. The front desk said there were things missing and it would take about 5 minutes to ready the room. 10 minutes later we were finally able to get in. The door was extremely hard to open. I had to put my entire weight into as it had been broken and never fully fixed. The floors/carpet were damp, there was leftover food in our fridge, the shower curtain had brown mildew all over the bottom, there was no shampoo or soap left in the room and you could see through the 2 towels (only 2 in the room for 3 people) that were in the room. Additionally, the pool/hot tub were closed for the entirity of our stay. I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here numerous times , this time a lot of maintenance issues . Big storm when we arrived , seal in window broken , water was coming into room, front desk on duty was excellent in helping us out. Breakfast was ok , not as good as usual .

Check in was at 3 however when we got there our room was not ready. We booked a suite as we needed a full size fridge. Had to wait 45 minutes to get the room I reserved. Toilet lid had to be taken off so we could flush the toilet. We did mention to front desk but was still not fixed upon our return.

The staff at the front desk were great, but unfortunately several things happened. One, the blinds in my room were only half installed. I could only shut one, therefore light was emerging, as well as not having complete privacy. Second, there was a weird slippery feeling to the room (unsure if they cleaned it just recently or what), third, the bed was rather uncomfortable. Very hard, too hard. As well as the sheets didn’t seem to have been changed, or washed. It was a rather cheap night and I am unfortunately seeing why. The manager claimed there was only one housekeeper with over 40 dirty rooms, so he couldn’t offer me another room (unless I didn’t want AC) blinds for AC, tough call, right? Not the greatest stay, has potential, but needs work.

Well rested over 2 night stay

Nice rooms, good ac in 207. Not so good door latch, have to pull hard to fit. Phone cord was missing also. Lee checked us in and was pleasant and helpful. Trevon who checked us out tried looking for a spare hair dryer for my wife as there were none. Props to him. Breakfast was decent with links bacon eggs and waffles. Good strong coffee also. Fitness room was nice with 4-5 pieces. Did not visit pool area although i was told the hot tub was open but not heating.
