Room was very dusty and looked unkept. There wasn't extra bedding and pillows for the pull out couch so had to get those after getting into the room. Breakfast didn't have much for warm food and many things were not supplied or not restocked. Check in was difficult as our key card to be programmed for our door didn't work so we didn't get keys for our room till the next day. There was renovations going on in the hotel and many amenities weren't available which would have been nice to know prior to check in. Even though there were renovations going on entire hotel seems to be dirty. Not a great hotel for anything other than 1 night.

remodel dust

it was a great stay our room was a little dusty from remodeling and the curtains were dirty other wise but maybe they were still going to change things out and the remodel wasn't done in that particular room and were still working on it

Overnight stay

Under renovation, but the stay was ok the room was clean but the room was missing the trim around the walls and the trim between the title and carpet in the entry way. Our hair dryer was making piping noises had to unplug. Pool was fun for the kids but hot tub was down.

Boy , the only one bad thing is the shower did not work Saturday morning other than that the motel was very nice quiet even though they had a basketball team staying there never heard any noise at all and that’s the second time we’ve stayed there during the state tournament

The property was undergoing renovation, so things were out of order, being refreshed, and under construction. On the second day of our stay, the pool pump went out. However, the staff was very helpful to our group of parents.
