We booked this hotel specifically so we could use the water park. We arrived at the water park to find all the slides and kiddie pools were shut down. We were not informed ahead of time or even at check in. Very disappointing stay.

The beds were small and the mattresses were hollowed out. We all sunk to the middle of the bed. The rooms are very tiny which is hard when you are traveling as a family. We were not notified before our stay that the pool was closed, which was the only reason we wanted to stay there. We won’t be staying again.
