Terrible experience. There was water damage in the bathroom. The pool slides were out of service, and the pools were disguising and not clean. The entire property felt rusty, run-down and neglected. The beds were dirty and questionable. Would not recommend this place. Pictures are very deceiving.

The water slides were all shut down.the kiddy pool was also shut down it is not the cleanest place. We seen nicer looking places for less and choose to stay her based on the water park. Staff was pleasant thought room was clean just dusty flags up in lobby. Get kicked off wifi constantly and have to watch video to get back on

The facility looked OK, but many things needing repair. One of the public bathroom toilet paper dispenser about gel of the wall when i touched it. The shower head leaked and sprayed all over. Over all everything felt super cheap. No bars of soap in the bathroom.

We spent the weekend as a family at the waterpark, hoping the kids would have a great time. Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat disappointing. The kiddie pool was closed for the entire weekend, and the hot tub was unavailable for one night. Both the rooms and the waterpark showed signs of wear and tear, including chipping paint in the pool area and torn carpet in the rooms. Although there are three waterslides, only two of them were functioning properly.
