Magnificent park with a beautiful view of the lake, the park is called Uruchye
Direct public transport directly to the city center, as well as the metro near the house.
Nearby are two large grocery stores.
Inside the house there are also two coffee shops with very tasty pastries.
There is access to the roof in our house, there you can cook a barbecue!
As well as a huge playground for children, and a playground for adults where you can conduct training.
