Two king beds and two twin beds provide plenty of space for guests to relax. There is plenty of floor space for either an air mattress or cot (not provided). The house features two full bathrooms, Enjoy a lovely blend of cozy and cool with heating and air conditioning throughout. Fully furnished. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a meal, this fabulous house offers a welcoming atmosphere. Experience what Mio has to offer with a stay at our marvelous house. ATV trails across the road, ride out right from the property, miles of federal roads to ride your SXS and after you return from your ride get a fire going in the fire ring with the furnished firewood, 2 miles to town for all your amenities, See the beautiful AuSable river for canoeing/tubing, trout fishing. Visit Amish stores and see the Amish farms in the beautiful country side. Enjoy spring time gathering morel mushrooms or hunting in the fall and snowmobiling in the winter. Come see what northern Michigan has to offer!

This stay was perfect...Being able to have our Golden Retriever with us was great. She really enjoyed the woods and time with us. Tom us a great host and accommodating with all of our requests. Being able to ride from the house to the trails was great.I haven't been to Bull Gap since I was a teenager and riding there again was awesome We will be booking again in the future
