This adorable condo is one bedroom, one bathroom and has an additional bunk bed nook- perfect for kids! Enjoy the view of the pool from the second floor unit in Poinciana Place in Miramar Beach. Poinciana Place is located just minutes from public beach access to the emerald green waters and sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.

This is a great condo, walking distance to the beach, SurfHut restaurant and very close to world-class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses, which is what makes this area a vacation destination. The condo has recently been updated with fresh paint and furnished with new shabby chic beach decor.

Full of great natural light, entertaining is a breeze in the open-flow Kitchen area with Breakfast Bar and Living Room. The Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area for additional guests.

Relax on the shared balcony overlooking the beautiful, sparkling swimming pool and scenic 98. Only blocks away from endless shopping at the Sandestin Outlet Mall, and you’re right next to Winn-Dixie Grocery Store, along with a huge variety of beach front restaurants for you and your family to enjoy.

My grandkids loved the pool which was just outside our room. The condo was as advertised. The code to the beach access didn’t work, but we just entered through the public beach access.

Great Stay and Accommodations

Nice place. Great location. A little dated, but clean and organized. We appreciated the beach accessories you allowed us to use. The place needs a little attention, but iverall, we were happy qith our rental. I left a detailed hand written note of things needing attention. We will rent again.

Cozy sweetness

A homey and cozy little place. Completely furnished down to the tupperware and makeup cloth that came in handy. Its the little things. Just a short little walk to the beach access that was a pretty lowkey area. Our daughter accidentally locked us out and it was a quick and easy fix with the property manager who was also really kind. Great location and stay! We’ve been to Destin every year for 13 years and i think this may be our favorite room yet. Thank you!
