We just wrapped up a three night stay here. It was my husband and me and our two college kids. There was more than enough space for the four of us but it was cozy enough to gather around the awesome scrabble board in the living room. The view is wonderful because it mixes dunes and palm trees with the ocean. We usually stay much higher so didn’t know how we’d like this view but it was perfect. The second floor unit on the end was so convenient for coming and going. We have stayed in Beachside II and Westwinds several times but we found Beachside I to be much cozier and user friendly. The bathrooms appear to be recently redone and we loved all the room in the master bath. Beds were comfy and the unit cools down nicely. The stove is a little older but it works just fine. Access to the beach is easy and, at least during our rental, there were not 100 chairs pre set up to take up the whole beach like at Beachside II. We were able to take our own sand chairs down and pick our spot. Do remember to bring your own beach towels. We did not see this before we packed for the trip. The golf cart is brand new and is very peppy. Upon arrival we found that there was no power to the garage and the cart was dead. We messaged the host and got an immediate reply. Power was restored and It was charged and ready to go by the next morning. Would recommend this condo :)
