Amalfi Coast 311A is a vacation condo that offers expansive views of the sugary shoreline of the popular Emerald Coast. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this condo will happily entertain up to eight guests. Grab your beach friends and family, and get on down here.

Located on the third floor, guests will enjoy the quiet and private atmosphere provided by this homely condo. The main living area features a couch, three accent chairs, a coffee table, and an entertainment center. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open onto a deck that provides pool and beach views. Enjoy the coastal breeze while sipping your favorite tropical drink or munching on some tasty appetizers. Inside, a dining table for four sits near the living area, making it the perfect spot for guests to dig into a simple coastal meal. The kitchen includes a bar with additional seating, ample cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size four-poster bed, en-suite bath, and access to the breezy balcony. One guest room features a queen-size bed and a private bath, while the other guest room includes two twin-size beds, a full-size futon, and access to a full hall bath.

Besides private lodging, guests will enjoy the multiple amenities offered by the condo complex. These include two swimming pools, sun decks, tennis courts, and a pedestrian bridge that stretches over a natural lagoon to a beach access. Additionally, guests should take advantage of the condo’s great location. Popular restaurants, beach bars, boutiques, and other coastal amusements are within minutes of the vacation rental. Seascape, Silver Sands, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard are also nearby, and each offers its own fun experiences for Emerald Coast visitors.

*Discounted rates are in place from September 2025 through May 2026 due to an on-site restoration project. Guests may experience noise and limited balcony access during this time.

*This Condo only allows for 8 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
