Right on property you will enjoy 6 championship clay tennis courts complete with tennis pros, 3 pools with hot tubs, 27 acres of lighted walking trails, a basketball court, 24 hour security and a newly added pickle ball court. Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.
