Cleanliness is everything

My first impression was NICE! Until we started getting comfortable and notice brown sticky stuff on the floor, like a spilled drink was there and someone walked in it and got it everywhere and didn’t clean it up. Next, all the silverware in the cabinets was sticky, had to wash and clean all of those. The microwave has something going on where it doesn’t turn and only heats half the food. So we couldn’t use that… really all the dishes were dirty. Anything I used I had to wash or clean first… the floors in the condo are coming apart so there’s gaps in the floor, kept making me thing something was on the floor I needed to clean. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms were dirty. Hair all over the floor around the toilet. Garbage disposal in the kitchen looks nasty is nasty and needs to be replaced. And finally the bed… the sheets were so hot and the slid off the bed every time u moved. I didn’t sleep well cause I felt like I was fighting the sheets all night. Did not like the way the covers were on the bed. Would I stay at this location again? Probably not unless it was free. Need to deep clean that place, whoever has been cleaning that place is lazy and needs to be shown the mold around the bottom of the shower…

The property is perfectly located near the beach, golf course, and many restaurants. Walking is no problem and the property is wonderful!

Location, location, location

This rental is conveniently located to Miramar Beach, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach. The unit itself was not cleaned very well when we arrived, appliance handles were sticky, some of the dishes had food stuck to them, and there was hair in the tub.

Mothership Weekend

The condo was great; however, the AC stopped working even though we followed all of their instructions about turning it off when we went outside. Luckily, the weather was cool and breezy so it wasn't a problem. There was no information for who we should contact in the condo if something went wrong, and the emails from the managment did not provide an obvious number to call.
