This Miramar Beach locale places you close to popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores and wine outlets. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive reduced rates for tennis and championship golf nearby. You may go bargain shopping at Silver Sands, which is the nation’s largest discount designer outlet mall and is also close by. Abundant amusements, restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals, free outdoor concerts and specialty shops are minutes away at Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard.

This newly renovated home is located perfectly in the heart of Miramar Beach and offers great views of the beautiful sugar white sands and emerald hues of the gulf. The main living area is open and has a wall of sliding doors that provide the spectacular views from the inside of the home and easy access to the home's large balcony. The living area has a flat screen TV and a nearby comfy plush sofa. The Master Bedroom has it's own private en suite bathroom and a Queen Size bed. It also has a balcony on the beachside. The guest bedrooms share a full bath and both have charming twin size beds that are great for kids!

We ended up leaving this property on the first night due to safety concerns.Upon arrival, we found a dead roach and roach bait placed inside kitchen drawers. This was not disclosed in the listing. We were traveling with a one-year-old, and having pest control chemicals accessible in living areas made us uncomfortable staying.We notified the host and Vrbo immediately and did not remain for any of the booked nights. The host focused on stating there were no active roaches but did not address the presence of the bait inside drawers.Vrbo was involved, but the situation was not resolved through them, and we ultimately had to escalate it further.The location itself may work for some, but based on our experience, I would recommend confirming pest control practices and safety conditions before booking—especially if traveling with young children.

Beach perfection

We absolutely adored this tiny little house nestled in by the dunes. It’s close enough to the beach for those quick trips with the kids or having the go back and forth with your little ones. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We will be returning!!

Small get-away

Very pleased with his little vacation house! Small, clean, cozy, comfortable, convenient! This house has basic kitchen amenities that a family could need on vacation. Ocean views from bedroom windows and the deck outside, a 30 second walk to the beautiful beach- it’s perfect.This location also offers beach chairs and toys for beach time! I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a beautiful vacation stay!

A LITTLE SLICE OF PARADISE

Overall great experience. Inside the house was clean, no problems with insects as previously stated. A few steps from the beach. Everything inside worked. Only compliant was beds were super hard. Even a cheap memory foam mattress cover from Walmart would have helped all beds. Master bed squeaked really bad. Sliding glass doors were hard to open. Outdoor deck was nice, chairs could have been more steady. BBQ grilled worked fine. Can see the ocean from the deck. Road construction made in and out of area a challenge. Awesome private beach. Charming little home, perfect for 6 people. Would stay there again.

Family Get away

We loved the house and the location. The recommendations we have are to update your oven (or fix it) and dishwasher (does not wash dishes). Otherwise, we loved it!! Just needs to have someone pick up the yard.. I think other houses trash blows onto the lawn.. which makes for lots of trash on the side of the house. We would stay again for sure!!

Great Location...Property itself needs work

The mattress in the master bedroom is horrible. It was impossible to sleep through someone getting out of the bed because of the horrible loud noises the mattress/bed made. The tile floor in the house is cracking around the edges where the grout is because the floor is uneven. The bathroom was extremely small for a master. The kitchen had ants and we never cooked in it. We had to store our food on the shelves because the counters would get ants on them. The vent in the master bedroom was crackling for about the first 3 days & nights. The cabinet door above the tv in the master bedroom literally fell off in my hand when I opened it to store my purse. The location of the property is great. The porches and the inside of the house need work in order for guests to get the most from this wonderful location.
