Mediterranea 314E Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey A stay at Mediterranea is like swaying in a hammock under a palm tree, carefree and oh so relaxing. All you need to feel comfortable and to really enjoy a Destin beach vacation is here. An adorable palm tree and nautical theme with touches of faux finishes show attention to each space and is carried out through the open floor plan and every bedroom. Three balconies overlook the immaculate green lawn, the pool deck, a gazebo perfect for picture taking and of course the ever thrilling Gulf of Mexico. Plus, upgrades like granite counters, a huge master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub will make your Destin getaway extra special. Mediterranea’s distinctive horseshoe architecture, its great amenities and of course its proximity to the beach and restaurants have kept visitors coming back again and again. All the balconies in 314 view the Gulf and the spacious pool deck with a hot tub. Plenty of sun bathing chairs are at the center of the immaculate lawn. Other amenities include tennis courts, a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and almost 500 ft of unobstructed views and deeded beach access. During Spring Break and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. All other times there is a 3 night minimum. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Beautiful view of the Gulf

Typically I don’t write reviews but I felt I needed to on this one. First, the view of the gulf was amazing, the condo itself was not up to the standards of how much we paid to stay there. The unit had throw rugs throughout the place which were old and dirty. The faucets were very old had little water pressure, the coffee maker lid was broken, the tv’s were very small, the outdoor furniture was old and the indoor furniture had stains and the main bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. I would have asked for my money back the moment we checked in but it was non-refundable. The Mediterranean is a beautiful complex and I am sure there are beautiful updated condos throughout but this one needs work or a good thousand dollars off for the week. I have spent less at other places that were in much better condition.

We loved our condo in Mediterranea! It’s absolutely beautiful, in a great location and has great amenities (beautiful pool, hot tub, private beach access). We loved it!!

Relaxing week at Mediterranea

The condo was spacious for my husband and I and our two teen sons. Great views, close to beach and pool, easy walk to beach and walking/bike path. Kitchen was accommodating, beds were comfortable, ample storage and very clean. Our only recommendation is to invest in some room darkening shades for master bedroom, the boys room was dark but ours was pretty bright at 6:30/7am and we did want to do some sleeping in on our vacation. Overall I highly recommend this condo for a vacation stay.

Great condo with easy beach access and fantastic, family friendly pool

This is a great family friendly property. Easy beach access, great pool, decent tennis court, close to 2 state parks, restaurants and downtown Destin. My only complaint is there is a lot of traffic on Hwy 98 which runs between the condo and beach. We would stay here again.

Very nice!

Wonderful condo and Newman Daily Company was great to work with. Condo was very clean and had an amazing view. Only suggestion is to not use the sofa bed. Very worn and not comfortable at all. Other than that it is a great rental!
