Beach days and stunning views are the priority at Bogey's Beach House! Every space is designed to take full advantage of being beachfront on the beautiful Emerald Coast. Guests can access the beach from both levels and a huge beach-level deck is the perfect extension of the house. Guests will find an outdoor living area on the deck with immediate walk-out access to the beach and a prep area with sink, plus a grill. This is the ideal place to spend most of your time - grilling, relaxing, and taking a break from being on the beach!

Inside on the main level a beautiful open floor plan on the second level includes a dining area with a spectacular view of the beach, cozy living room seating five with coastal decor, and a lovely kitchen with a backsplash reminiscent of sea glass. Stainless steel appliances, a beverage cooler and ample counter space create a perfect environment for any home cook to prepare a meal with ease. A bunk room is also available on this level with two sets of twin/twin bunks, and a shared bathroom nearby.

Bogey's offers two bedrooms and a laundry area on the first floor, a lovely queen bedroom with private bathroom and a large king bedroom that boasts a beach view, private bathroom with dual sinks, plus a balcony that leads to the beach access and the main floor.

The primary bedroom can be found in the loft of the main level that offers a stunning view of the water even from the shower! This loft includes a king bed, additional twin, and a pull out couch plus a large private ensuite with a rain head shower.

Can’t beat this location and proximity to the beach! We celebrated my dad’s retirement with our large family and kids ranging 16 to 18 months. The townhome has some wear on it, but it was perfect for us! It was overall clean, spacious, and allowed us to have some great memories! We would stay again!!!

My brother and I took our five daughters (ages 22, 20, 16, 14 and 7) for a week’s stay. The property was fantastic for our needs. The downstairs patio was especially wonderful. It opened right up to the beach. We were less than 40 steps away from the beach once we stepped off the patio. We grilled hotdogs on the gas grill to get quick meals in between the water and laying around on the beach. The place came with plenty of towels and beach toys. The washer and dryer were top of the line. The stove, microwave and fridge worked excellently. The air conditioning worked great and there were additional plug in fans. The cookware was plentiful and allowed for cooking a variety of dishes. Coffee maker was easy. Gas station was right across the street. Bad Ass Coffee was a 2 minute walk for lattes/cappuccinos. Winn Dixie was as 5 minute drive and super easy for groceries. Communication the day of arrival was very helpful and prompt.

Great location ,excellent view parking was sufficient, however We needed to call maintenance 2x for things not properly working. There were fans that could not be used due to damage,the floors were in terrible shape. There were places on the steps and landing that were not safe, sloping bad and the boards on the landing hand rail coming from the upstairs were hanging loose. I somewhat felt mislead by the photo shopped pictures on the advertisement for this property. We had a great time overall but this property is in serious need of remoldel and safety updates
