Extras include an oversized bathtub in the Master Suite’s bathroom, a colorful loft bedroom that will delight your little minnows, an upgraded kitchen with high-end counters and appliances as well as a fully furnished, screened-in porch overlooking the serene Hidden Dunes forest.

Cottage 185’s location behind the gates of the Hidden Dunes resort also means that lots of great amenities are at your fingertips. Take a tram to the lighted basketball court or the six professional tennis courts. Enjoy walking trails with the family then gather them together for a memorable picture in the gazebo on the lily pad-clad lake. Lounge in one of Hidden Dunes pools or just laze away the day on Hidden Dunes private beach. Plus, great shopping and dining choices are all within a mile’s distance.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
