Bahia 4515 is a bright, comfortable studio in the heart of the Resort. With a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and space for up to four guests, it’s ideal for a couples’ getaway or a small family retreat. The kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils, while a table for two makes dining easy and convenient. The spacious full bathroom is complete with a tub-shower combo, and sliding glass doors open to a Juliet balcony overlooking the lagoon-style pool.

Just steps from your front door is the lagoon-style pool, hot tub, and kids’ wading pool. Just beyond the pool is the true heart beat of the resort: The Village of Baytowne Wharf! Take a quick stroll down to the village and discover restaurants, boutique shopping, and family-friendly attractions—from zip lining and a carousel to live music, art shows, and seasonal festivals. In the summer, fireworks light up the sky each week over the lagoon.

Time for the beach? Hop on the complimentary resort tram and enjoy a quick ride to one of the regions most beautiful beaches! Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. In addition to white sand beaches, the resort offers miles of walking trails, mini golf and four championship golf courses!

*HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo only allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
