With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Additionally, a pack n play is available for families traveling with young children, ensuring their comfort and convenience during their stay. The thoughtfully designed layout features an open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Gather around the dining table for 6 or pull up a seat at the kitchen counter, offering 3 additional seats, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together. With two assigned parking spots, you’ll have peace of mind knowing parking is taken care of. Golf carts are also allowed on the property, adding a fun and convenient way to explore the area.

Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bed, TV. Bathroom with shower.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a bed.

Head down Sandtrap Road toward Sandy Beach Road and your beach access, Sand Trap Beach Access, will be on your left.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
