The staff will absolutely come in your room even with a do not disturb sign in the door not happy smells stale slow elevators staff doesn't understand to much English will not be staying at the brand again it didn't seem to bother the staff and either manager is never available to answer calls

Very disappointing

My wife wanted to take me to Destin for my birthday and we made reservations. We reserved a room with a king size bed, when we went to check in we got the really bad news that the king size bed room wasn't available and I asked her why?, she explained to me that Expedian made the mistake when I made the reservation. We didn't like what happened, I lost trust in the hotel as well as Expedia

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

It was absolutely amazing. Very beautiful! My daughter and I stayed for a little get away bonding time. They had so many accommodations. They have restaurants in the lobbs 24 hours customer service. The bedroom was so cute, spacious, lots of room, had a balcony, and super clean. All the other guest were also super friendly. Including pet friendly as well which was a big plus. Nothing but goods things to say. I highly recommend.
