Everything was great for my husband, me and our dachshund. We loved having his and her bathrooms. Enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The chairs and tables out there were really nice. The kitchen was great, would have been nice to have a starter filter and coffee for the first morning until we could get to the store, but we walked over to Hotel Effi and enjoyed coffee at their little cafe.

We loved our stay at Kimberley's condo! The unit had everything that we could have needed, and I really appreciated the personal touches (throw-blankets, games, etc.) The third floor location was convenient to both the parking deck and the pool area.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Baytowne Wharf during the holidays is a favorite of ours. Condo was as promise; very clean and a great location. Communications were excellent. Plus: the parking garage is almost right outside your door. If you plan on cooking, bring supplies.

We loved our stay at the Pilot House. Beds were extremely comfy. Having two full bathrooms was great for traveling with teen girls. The condo was very well equipped for anything you need for your stay along with beach items. Lots of great food options within walking distance. The host answered any question I had very quickly. Kim's place was very comfortable for my family of four and our pet. Pet bowls, some treats, and a pet bed were provided, which is a nice touch! This condo is steps away from shops and restaurants as well as nightly events hosted by the Village. Beach chairs are available for guests to use at the condo and the beach access is a short drive to the other side of the resort. I would recommend Kim's place to anyone visiting Sandestin.

We stay at this resort every June for a medical conference and we usually book through the resort. This time we decided to VRBO since we wanted to bring our dog. This has by far been our favorite stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The balcony was perfect. Check in was also much easier. I had only one question during the stay and the host answered my question/email within 15 minutes. I plan to go ahead and book this room again for next summer as soon as I get the dates!!
