Cozy Condo with pool near shopping center / night life and pristine beaches .
We really enjoyed our stay there . It's located perfectlyclose to stores, restaurants, and within walking distance of the ocean! Our space is very nicely decorated and comfortable. The master bed is comfortable and quiet. You can travel with your two kids, who should comfortably share the room. When the cold gets you anywhere, you should know there is a cozy place to stay with a pool, and of course, there is gold nearby. We are happy that we bought that place for our family.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Features include a gym and laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the apartment.

Do not stay here if you are sensitive to mold. I booked a six week stay. I started noticing a moldy odor when I started using the AC. I contacted the host and he sent out a tech which confirmed that there was mold in the Ductwork. He installed a UV light and said it would kill the mold over time. I don't know if that will work or not but it didn't matter. The AC fan had already blown mold spores throughout the unit and it had contaminated the carpets and furniture.I tried to complete my stay but the prolonged exposure continued to make me sick up to the point that I had to move out early. I contacted the host to let him know and even though my health was affected and my vacation was ruined I only requested to be refunded for the remainder of my stay. I actually should have been reimbursed for the entire stay.The host denied my request and also denied that there was a mold issue even though I have photos of the mold and also the report from the AC tech that found the mold.I was eventually refunded by VRBO for the days remaining in my stay in spite of the host refusing to honor the refund.What a headache. I do not recommend!

Sandestin

We had a great stay. Our unit was very nice, clean, and beautiful inside! Our only issue was the stairs. The listing didn’t say we were on second floor and didn’t mention we’d have to do stairs. My husband is 87 with a knee replacement and it was tough for him going up and downstairs. Otherwise unit was great and in a nice area close to everything. The property owner was quick to respond to me when I called him to help me with figuring out the tv. We would stay here again if it was ground floor.
