The private, gated beach access is just a block away from the neighborhood – a 4-minute easy walk.

St. Tropez is located within walking distance of many restaurants, including the Surf Hut and Buster's, a grocery store (Winn-Dixie), Five Guys and Chick Filet as well as CVS! Just minutes from water sports, fishing, championship golf courses, and other family attractions.

The HOA only allows 3 vehicles parked in the driveway, no street parking allowed.
