This one bedroom, one full bath, sleeper sofa and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and additional seating at the bar is perfect for a family of four! Enjoy coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset with the partial bay water view!
2,400 acres of 4 Championship Golf Courses, tennis courts, resort style pool, hot tub, and miles of walking or biking through the scenery of live oaks throughout the resort, you can take the tram (provided for free through your hosts) to the beach, with the provided beach chairs or stroll down to all the shops and restaurants where you can eat amazing seafood with a beautiful view of the bay and marina of Baytowne Village best of all- it’s all within walking distance from your condo!

You can rent our boat while you stay in our condo! Accessible straight from baytowne marina, just jump in the boat and be at crab island in 20 minutes!
