A wall of windows and a sliding glass door invite guests to enjoy the lovely beach views from the spacious, elegant and comfortably furnished living area. The open kitchen is stylish with a large, multi-sided granite serving table and outfitted with stainless steel appliances. A powder room is conveniently located right down the hall which leads to the primary bedroom and guest suite. Both are beautifully appointed and have their own luxurious private baths. With natural light from the balcony, the primary suite is ideal for relaxing with a book or simply enjoying views of the serene scene below.

Mediterranea’s location along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach is close by to beachfront restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s, which is within walking distance. Nearby shopping, golf courses and area attractions keep guests entertained, while the Gulf-front swimming pool and a soothing hot tub provide enjoyment and fun without leaving the property. Other property amenities include a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and almost 500 ft of unobstructed views and deeded beach access.

We require a minimum length of stay during Spring Break, Summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and an elevator.
