This gorgeous house is fantastically located just off the famed Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach in Avalon Beach Estates, just off the beaten path and still in the heart of everything Destin's Emerald Coast has to offer. There are 2 master bedrooms, one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. The oversized living room with its two-story ceiling is adjacent to the family room which boasts a gas burning fireplace and a queen sofa sleeper. The second master bedroom, two guest bedrooms plus a loft/office space with full size futon complete the second floor. Plenty of closet and pantry space to unpack and make yourself at home. There is a 2 1/2 car garage that has room for a golf cart. The outside oasis is a spacious backyard with a newly tiled patio. Lush landscaping and fresh colorful flowers frame this bright white house. Avalon is a well cared for community meticulously maintained whose amenities include 500 plus feet of private beach, a large lagoon shaped community pool adjacent to the two pickleball courts, tennis court, plus shuffleboard. No Pets Allowed!

Overall Stay was Excellent! Beautiful residence! The only issue was the hot water throughout the house. It would take 15 minutes, sometimes longer for the hot water to reach some bathrooms. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Overall it was a great house and location. The only issue that we had was that the gate code was not working initially, but the property manager worked to get that rectified and gave us a dolphin cruise for our trouble.
