Moreover, its location in Miramar Beach puts you in the middle of all that Destin and South Walton have to offer. Catch a movie at the Destin Commons only a mile to the west or play some golf at one of four courses that are less than five minutes away. Or do absolutely nothing but relax at the beach just around the corner or in the pool just out your patio doors!

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

This condo offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
