Bay facing, 5th Floor beautifully decorated condo at Grand Sandestin at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. 5-minute walk from Baytowne Wharf Village , 7-minute complimentary tram ride to Sandestin resort Beach, 5 minute drive to the Marina and 5 minute drive to each of 3 golf courses on the resort. Superb pool & hot tub.
Unit is completely furnished 1 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker. There is a king bed in the master and a sofa bed in living room sleeping 4. with 2 TVs. View from patio, with table and chairs, as seen in first photo.; beautiful sunsets. Underground parking garage space is available for one vehicle.
Full fitness center with exercise machines and weights and two outside pools and hot tubs. A 5 minute walk to Baytowne Wharf Village where there are some 15-20 bars, cafes and restaurants along with shopping, kids activities including zip lining, trampoline, adventure climbs, games arcade, climbing walls, playground with swings etc. In the Village Marina, you can rent bicycles, mini golf equipment, paddle boards, pontoon boats and fishing gear.
Shuttle buses/ trams(owner provides free passes) run from property door to the beautiful Sandestin resort beach (takes about 7 minutes) and elsewhere in the resort. We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. You can also rent chairs and umbrella at the beach or bring your own.
The Eastern side of the resort is adjacent to Grand Boulevard which is a street full of upmarket shops, cinema and restaurants including Tommy Bahama, Flemings Steak House, Emerils, Vintij, PF Chang, Another Broken Egg Cafe, The Wine Bar, Craft Beer Bar and others along with a Publix Supermarket.
Some 2 miles west of the resort is the Silver Sands Outlet Mall with over 100 stores including Ralph Lauren, Nike, Swarovski, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Coach, Disney, GAP, Lacoste, Levis, Oakley, Samsonite, Sunglass Hut and many more.
The condo is 2 minute walk to the Sandestin Baytowne Conference Center and Hotel Effie, and is ideally located for golf, fishing, pickleball and tennis tournaments.

I can't say enough great things about this condo/rental. The host's communication was exemplary. He was available at a moments notice for any question. The location near the restaurants at Baytowne was amazing. Even though this rental is not beachside, you are minutes away on the shuttle and/or there is free parking at a beach lot nearby. We will stay here again!

Had a great time, the property is located perfectly. You’re close to the beach and right next to Baytown Wharf Village. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They took us to the beach direct on the golf cart so we didn’t have to wait on a shuttle.
