This three bedroom, three bath duplex sits peacefully in the gated community of the Miramar Beach Villas! Furnished with intelligent design to maximize space and light, giving true meaning to the term 'upscale'.

Boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and conveniently located just under 500 feet from the beach this property offers the perfect getaway for your next family vacation.

Northwest Florida is home to two distinctly different world-class beach vacation destinations. The first is Destin – filled with excitement, family attractions, shopping, dining, fishing, vibrant nightlife and, of course, white sand beaches. The other is South Walton – home to the same breathtaking beaches but with greater focus on the preservation of nature and with intentionally less development. Miramar Beach is positioned between Destin and South Walton, making it the ideal destination to experience the best of both worlds.

While the draw of its neighbors is strong, visitors of Miramar Beach may choose not to leave this oasis. Great location, lots of room

Had a great family trip. Beach is just a short walk away. Groceries and shops all a short drive or bike ride away. Actually stayed an extra day since the unit was available.

Great location

We loved the location and private access to the beach. It was nice to be in a smaller development compared to the big high rises near by. But the property is in need of some major cleaning and updating. Also the property management company only provides you with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and garbage bags. I understand if that’s standard but I think some of that information needed to be disclosed when I booked on Vrbo. I would much rather have toilet paper than shampoo and conditioner or a fancy wrapped towel. Overall we loved the location but the cleanliness made it hard to love the place.

Nice place, blinds at front door needs replaced some were missing. One of the beds in the shared bedroom on the second level needs repaired , was bowing felt like you were sinking in some and seem like the floors could be a little cleaner, seemed like there was already sand on the floor when we got there, I realize sand can be hard to get all picked up. Overall it was a pretty nice place, had plenty of space and towels and didn’t really need anything extra.

Whole family Visit

WE have been vacationing in Destin for the last 40 years. During that time, we have seen the massive growth of the area. This condo fits right in. It's convenient. It's large enough for the entire family. It's very neat and well furnished. We have already reserved the same week next year. What a great place.

Good and affordable house, near beach

This property was a great option and extremely close to beach access. Made the trip and brought all our kids from age 5 months to 15. It was an affordable option and great location. The only downside was when we got to the property the blinds at the front doors were broken and not replaced along with the kitchen and living room still being somewhat messy from the last renter. Phone call to the property manager and they agreed to come out to fix the blinds, however we opted to have them not come out and just made them aware of it. Overall we would definitely stay here again due to its access to the beach being within a block from the property and the amount of space for our large family.

Island Time was an awesome rental. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the rental. When you pay an almost three hundred cleaning fee you would expect the place to be spotless, which it wasn't. We moved the couch out to cover it with a blanket( which I would highly recommend replacing) because it was extremely dirty and full of stains . When we pulled it out there was all kinds of trash underneath it. The place also needs some highlevel dusting. Other than those issues it was great. Full of space for our party! The ammineties were good. We even barbequed! The walk to the beach was less than 4 minutes. We had an awesome time and will definitely rent this space again.

Couch was nasty and needed cleaning Dishes and cookware inadequate needed more plastic bowls for storage.abd to serve out if! Broke the can opener first time used with a large can of green beans. Sorry it not good one. There is no patio furniture for sitting on the front patio not even cheap chairs. There no patio furniture on any of the 2nd 3rd floor. For the money you pay for one week, this place was minimum adequate! Patio furniture was only on the back patio! Probably not rent again . Not good value! But it pretty place and we did enjoy rest and location. Thank you. Everything worked!
