Loved everything about Maravilla. Was there during the Arctic blast, people were so upbeat and handling the cold with enthusiasm.Pet friendly, great neighborhood!! Very well maintained. Security was a plus for me. The rug in front room was hazardous. Ends curled up, tripping hazard. Needs replacing. The sliding glass door upstairs above us was so loud it shook the whole condo, eveytime they used it. And they used it all the time all hours day and night. Cables were hanging out of wall. Couldn't shut bedroom door when trundle bed was opened or open door when pulled out. So couldn't really use it. Beds need new linens, all of them. Looks like they came from thrift shop. Could use some updating for the price we paid.

Host was very responsive. If we had any issues, Matt was right on it. I realize it’s unavoidable, but the giant cherry picker machine parked right outside our patio was quite a distraction. There were a few bugs on the counters (roaches ?) which I reported at the end of our stay. Overall a great condo. We did opt for a condo next year that would get the afternoon sun.
