Come to Alerio A302 and create vacation memories of a lifetime! With private beach access and a spacious pool & hot tub right outside, this home guarantees fun in the sun! There is no better place to rest and relax than this upscale, fully equipped Destin Condo, located just steps from the ocean!

Our condo is 3BR/2BA and located in the heart of Miramar Beach! This upscale, gated complex features a seasonally heated community pool, hot tub, and private beach access right across the street! We have multiple flat screen TV’s, a washer/dryer, full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a private balcony! The king master bedroom features an en-suite with double vanity sinks, soaking tub, and separate tiled shower. There`s also a queen bed in the 1st guest room, two twin beds in the 2nd guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably.

**Must be 21 years or older to book

*IMPORTANT* Please note, only one parking space is provided with this rental. No boats, trailers, RV`s or golf carts. Additional parking is available at the Geronimo RV Parking (2 blocks away) for a daily fee.

The condo is located on the third floor of the building and there are outdoor elevators if you wish to avoid the stairs. You will have the entire condo and balcony to yourselves! There is a community pool and hot tub located right downstairs, as well as outdoor seating and loungers to soak up the sun! A boardwalk is located directly across the quiet street (less than a minute walk) leading to the private beach access! Come make memories with the whole family at this beautiful condo!
