Located in the heart of The Village of Baytowne Wharf, this 2nd-floor Observation Point unit is perfect for families and individuals alike. This is professionally decorated with a coastal chic flare. For those that enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fitted with commercial grade Viking appliances.

The living area has a large flat-screen TV and plenty of board games to keep kids entertained for hours. The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. Off the master bedroom is a modern master bathroom with floor to ceiling tile, a large soaking tub, and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom is situated as a connected suite with two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. This connected suite also has its kitchenette including a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave! The large private balcony has several different ways to enjoy the sweeping views of Baytowne Wharf.

Enjoy the view of the endless events from the comfortable patio furniture or enjoy dinner and drinks while relaxing at the patio table and chairs. Located just one floor above is a private pool reserved solely for Observation Pointe's guests. This pool has a splash pad, infinity style pool, two hot tubs. Located just off the pool is a full gym equipped with cardio equipment, free weights and strength training equipment.

Upon Sandestin's well established 2400 acres, activities and amenities abound! Within the gates, you'll find 4 championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts, and a full-service spa and fitness center. Adjacent to the Village is an impressive 98 slip marina offering available jet ski, pontoon boat and kayak rentals for daytime activities, while the Village itself features specialty shops, stunning boutiques, casual upscale dining, arcades, ice cream shops, and more. Great location, right in the middle of all the action. Two spacious bedrooms and a comfortable living area, plus a view of the Baytowne stage. Things quieted down around 10 PM each night, and the rooms themselves were nice and peaceful. We really enjoyed the free trolley and golf passes. Overall, a great stay — We'd definitely come back.

This condo is perfect! It is directly in the middle of Baytown in Sandestin. Everything is close.

We will definitely rent this unit again. Reasonably priced too. Our daughters yacht is in the marina and we were able to enjoy the emerald coast up close and personal. Thank you to the owners and all involved!
