Greater expectations, excellent extras
As the title says I had greater expectations for the unit. The furniture was older and VERY worn which I do understand this is normal however the management firm/ownership should provide necessary upgrades which isn't happening as things are damaged and even broken in some cases. The cleaning also could be far better as the floors are quite dirty should be cleaner. I didn't wear a white glove and walk to accomodations but you don't have to noticing the corners and floorboards, etc. The master bed was horrible. The mattress is in desperate need of replacement and the foam top pad doesn't help much. After a day of beach, walking, events, etc I would like to comfortably lay and sleep; not the case here as I was up at 4am daily because of pain and uncomfortableness. As far as the kitchen this was good offering lots of plates, cups, and utensils for adequate use. The check-in and check-out process is great as well as the attentive maintenance folks, props to Newman-Daily for this. They also offered some free tickets to local businesses which was fantastic saving us on our events around town. All-in-all a 3-star rating from me due to the lack of above mentioned. We would use them again but not this unit or type of unit.
