Discover Griffin’s Getaway, a four-bedroom three-bathroom home with a carriage house, tucked in a serene nature setting within the exclusive gated beach community of Caribe in Miramar Beach. Sleeping up to eight guests, this home includes a sauna, washer and dryer, and is roughly 1,000 feet from the private beach access. Upon entering the home, an inviting living room with vaulted ceilings, a cozy sectional, and a large flat screen smart TV welcome you. The chef of the group will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar complete with five barstools. A dining table that seats six adjacent to the kitchen ensures that meals can be eaten together. A patio just off the dining area includes a grill and seating to enjoy Florida’s beautiful weather.

Off the dining area guests will find two of the three bedrooms in the main home. The first guest bedroom includes a cozy queen bed with flat screen TV and access to the back patio. The other bedroom offers a twin bunk bed with storage for luggage underneath. A hall bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared by the two guest bedrooms. The second floor is an open loft holding the master bedroom with an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Unwind after a day in the sun on a king bed with a flat screen TV or out on the private rooftop balcony.

Escape to the carriage house for additional space and privacy. Guests enter into a living area with a leather loveseat and armchair, smart TV, and kitchenette. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a relaxing sauna just off the living area. Upstairs is an open loft space with a king bed.
