If your idea of beach vacation bliss is a cozy, decked-out beach house with enough space for a crowd, then “As You Wish” is your dream come true! This three-story beach house rental is locate just off the Emerald Coast in the beautiful Miramar Beach Villas community. The house has space for a maximum of 14 guests and comes equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway—a private pool, a 6-seater golf cart, and lots of space for entertaining.

The beachy home’s décor is resplendent with natural, coastal hued neutrals. It’s elegant and cozy. You’ll love relaxing and entertaining in this space. As You Wish’s first floor has two bedrooms—one with a king and one with twin-over-twin bunks that share a full bathroom. The patio, which has a private, fenced-in pool, outdoor seating and dining, and a covered grilling space, is accessible from the first floor. Speakers and a gas fire pit will make the outdoors your favorite place to be; though, the second floor is ideal for entertaining.

The main living space is on the beach house’s 2nd floor. It’s open concept and leads to the spacious, fully loaded kitchen and large dining table. The guest room on this floor has a king bed with a shared bathroom and balcony access with Gulf views.

As You Wish has everything you wish in a perfect location. You’re a quick golf cart ride away from the Emerald Coast and are immediately adjacent to all of Destin’s best amenities! It’s truly paradise!

Birthday at the Beach

Plenty of space for family of 12. Loved having the 6-person golf cart (motorized/battery cart) to run family up to the beach or to the grocery store along scenic drive. Kitchen had everything we needed, outdoor grill was clean and had propane. Pool was clean and nice to have in the evenings with the lights around the fence. Beds were comfortable.

The House was beautiful inside, very clean & modern. The bedrooms were large. Great location and close to the beach. Very nice to have the golf cart to get to the beach and some close shops & restaurants. The backyard was just as pictured, very private and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here, we came for a girls trip. All of the beds are king sized and ARE SO COMFORTABLE. So are the pillows. That is such a plus. Golf cart was awesome too. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful beach house with great ac and super comfy beds so close to the beautiful white sand beach! Super close to tons of things to do in and around Destin, just make sure to hit the child security button when opening the back door!

Inside the home was clean and the towels/sheets were good quality. Golf Cart is new and excellent addition for the tradeoff with the location to the beach. Having 4 king beds is huge advantage to this house. Mattresses were of really good quality. Multi-zone AC was also a very important during our stay with the summer heat above normal. All levels were comfortable Only real complaints made to management. Landscaping totally overgrown making getting around to the back and enjoying backyard difficult. Trash pickup does not match the Sat-Sat schedule, leaving the new renter to deal with prior renters lack of courtesy.

Easy stay, close to everything.

Perfect location for families. The beach, restaurants, and shopping were all a short golf cart ride from the house. The beach was also within walking distance. There were plenty of toys for the beach and chairs. There wasn't much privacy in the backyard however we had decent neighbors that were respectful with their music choices and volume. The house was plenty big for the nine of us. 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from 7-16. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back.

This property was fantastic for our family of 14, ages from 1-65. Plenty of room to spread out and find a quiet place if needed. The golf cart was an awesome amenity that we enjoyed and the backyard was great! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic time!

Enough space for some friends, but no one was cramped! Awesome back yard for private pool hangs. Super close walk to the beach + a golf cart that can scoot you over no problem. I give this place a 6/5. Will be staying here again.

The house was a nice size and had awesome amenities. Located close to beach. Downside was there were spiders all over the stairs inside the house. Kitchen rugs very old and dirty looking. Not as clean as would have liked.
