Book your getaway at our beautiful one-bedroom condo in Miramar Beach. We are on the first floor of one of the best beachfront buildings on the beach. Our condo in Surfside is just steps away from the property's beautiful white sandy beach (less than a 2 minute stroll and NO elevator waiting!). If you want to avoid crossing the street - access the beach via the property's skybridge that also leads to a fun beach bar with stellar views. During peak season, March-October, beach set-up is included with your stay: two chairs and an umbrella will be ready for you each morning! You'll love the patio that provides cozy outdoor dining and sitting as well as allows you to simply step out to the grassy lawn that leads to the grilling area, close parking and easy unloading for all your gear. Our condo is recently updated with pretty shiplap, all new linens and towels, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Sleeps 6 with 2 double beds in the master bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Laundry is super convenient - just down the hall!
Surfside offers numerous amenities, on-site restaurant, well-equipped exercise room, rooftop basketball, pickleball and tennis courts, large pool, kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, on-site spa, and event room with kitchen. Unwind at the beachside bar on the gated beach and enjoy some of the best sunset views along the Emerald Coast. If you wish to explore, there are many restaurants and shops a short walk or bike ride away.

ProsLocation was great with easy access to the beach, restaurants, barsThe beach chair and umbrella service was a nice addition (no beach towels though)WiFi worked greatGreat parking and easily accessibleConsCommunication from the Host (Stormey) was basically non-existent and unacceptable. Multiple VRBO messages and phone calls with no response before our arrival. VERY STRESSFUL. As soon as we arrived, we turned the water on in the bathroom sink and it was clogged with God-knows what from the prior guests. It was obvious the cleaning crew never used the sink or they would have seen the clog, which tells me they probably never cleaned the sink or bathroom either. I got some draino and a plunger and cleared it myself. Unit was DIRTY-needs to be deep cleaned and kept up moreMany bugs in the unit when we arrived (as others also complained about)Couches were disgustingly dirty with stains (see photos)Large window in bedroom had a prior leak and was also disgusting to look at (see photo)Sliding glass door barely opened because of long term dirt and grime buildup in the track (see photo)No beach towels included (this should have been stated in the description) Would have been nice to set us up with at least two days of coffee pods, sugar, etc….as depicted in the listing photosThe bedroom is directly below the workout/weight room; be prepared to be woken up at 6a with pounding from the machines and weightsWe would not stay here again.

ROACHES AND NON-REPSONSIVE HOST!!! The worst experience I have ever had with a rental and host. I began seeing cockroaches on the kitchen counter on the first morning. Then started seeing them in the dishwasher, bathroom, and bedroom. Contacted the owner 7 times with multiple pictures of evidence. Contacted VRBO 5 times. They could not get ahold of host either. This ruined our stay here. Wasted a lot of groceries as I refused to cook in a kitchen with roaches! Spent as much time out of the room as possible. Terrified of taking them home in our stuff. If I had anywhere else to go, we would have left. I want compensated for this! Absolutely terrible experience and not sure how a host can ignore this issue! STAY AWAY!!

We stayed here last year for our anniversary trip and immediately rebooked for our family vacation this year. The location and property are nice and the beach access over the sky bridge is very convenient. The only real issue we had was we were only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week for a family of 4. Ultimately, not that big of a deal. We really enjoyed our stay

Nice place great location

We loved the location and the ease to get to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed as far as dishes, ets. It was however under the gym that has a weight room, so when they were using that feature it was a bit noisy.

Beach Trip

There was minimal communication with the renter prior to the check in date. This was concerning since we were traveling a long distance. When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned. We had to contact the owner and wait several hours for it to be cleaned. It is a very nice condo and being on the ground floor is great because there is no waiting for the elevator which seemed to be long!

Amazing stay, very minor issues

This unit is beautiful and the proximity to the beach and other amenities, including the outdoor grill and parking garage, is amazing! When we checked in, we noticed that the unit had not been cleaned or restocked from the previous guests and immediately contacted Stormey. She was extremely apologetic and got her cleaing crew there within 30 minutes. While they were cleaning, we had time to check out the private beach across the street and they were all done by the time we got back. Stormey really took care of us and made us feel like a priority. We were surprised to find that the resort hosts free bonfires on the beach every Monday and Friday night from 5-midnight. That was a nice little bonus. The pool and hot tubs were very accessible and clean. We did end up having to purchase our own toilet paper about 2 days before leaving as we were only provided one roll, but we didnt feel like this was a huge deal. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will be booking again.

Cozy apartment near the beach.

Great location, comfortable for 6 guests. Condo provides beach chairs and umbrella. Highly recommended; we plan to return soon.
