Adorable beach bungalow just a short walk to the beach! Enjoy the privacy of this home nestled back in a cul-de-sac in the gated community of Emerald Shores. Restaurants and convenience shopping is located within walking distance, along with two pools and the gorgeous Emerald coast and sugar white sands!

The Space:
This home has a private master bedroom with a king bed and completely remodeled master bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom also has a king bed and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. The bunk room is smaller, but perfect for kids or extra guests! The kitchen is fully equipped and located next to the open dining and living area, perfect for hosting family dinners. Parking for 2 vehicles is located in the driveway, along with overflow parking by the common pool areas.

The Neighborhood:
Gated community located between Highway 98 and Scenic beach road 98. Walking distance to Kenny D's and Captain Daves Restaurants and the new Dollar General store behind the neighborhood on HIghway 98.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Miramar Beach. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.

Perfect beach cottage! We’ve stayed in this neighborhood a few times now and love the set up. There are 2 pools that are never overly crowded and it’s just a short walk to the private beach. There is also a beach tram that can take you to the beach - we saw it running the whole time we were there. The cottage has been updated nicely and was absolutely spotless! Cleanliness is a big point for me and I was very impressed at how carefully it had been cleaned. The host was wonderful and easy to work with! We will absolutely stay again!

I have stayed in this property before. I thing master bath has been updated with a new shower. The unit is very nice. The thing that would make it ideal is a propane grill.
