Welcome to Charlie’s Beach House! Recently renovated, situated right on the lake and includes a 4 Seat Golf Cart! The white sandy beach is located just a few mintues away. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Two story unit w/ open floor plan located right on the lake! - Master Bedroom Upstairs w/ Private Bath, Patio and King Bed; Loft Upstairs w/ Twin Bed, Full Pullout Couch; Guest Room Downstairs w/ Private Bath and King Bed; Guest Bedroom Downstairs w/ Private Bath & Queen Bed. Each bedroom has their own TV and access to the outdoor patio's.

This unit includes a 4 Seater Golf Cart, Beach Toys & Beach Chairs.

Enjoy cooking your family meal in our fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We've even included kids plates, cups and silverware. There is also a gas grill on the back patio overlooking Horseshoe Lake. The patio has a dining table w/ seating for 8, 2 chaise lounges, patio chairs for 4 and cornhole. The dining room has a table w/ seating for 8 and an additional 4 stools for the breakfast bar counter. There is also an ice machine. The living room contains two full couches and a cabinet full of games and books. There is also a full size washer and dryer downstairs.

Relaxing Vacation at a Beautiful Home

We stayed at this beautiful condo during my daughter’s spring break. The condo owner was very responsive to my questions. Detailed rental instructions were provided. The condo was beautiful. It is on a small lake and has a large deck. It is situated at the end of a quiet street. We had everything we could have needed at the condo. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The decor is lovely beach chic. The master bedroom has an amazing bathroom and shower. It was so nice to slip outside to the deck from the first floor bedroom to have coffee in the morning. Everyone was impressed with this wonderful condo. We had so much fun riding around in the golf cart. We Ubered from the airport and did not need to rent a car. We carted to Publix and got everything we needed for the stay. We enjoyed shopping at Anthropologie, Lululemon, and Altered State. We dined at Tommy Bahama and Vin’tje Food and Wine as well as other places. We went to the fun wharf area one night. I booked a tennis lesson for my daughter through Sandestin. We enjoyed the beach, beach bar/restaurant, and the neighborhood pool. Maple Street Biscuit, Evercrisp and Yaki are also good restaurants. Overall, I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at this spot.
