Beach Resort, Unit 208, is the perfect saltwater retreat for couples or families. The spacious condo is located in Miramar Beach, Florida just east of the Destin and Fort Walton area. This ideal location considered part of the 30a scenic communities is the perfect place to relax surrounded by beautiful landscaping and miles of white sandy beaches and emerald waters. The unit features a fully-stocked kitchen and coastal-themed living area with plenty of room to dine and unwind for an amazing and peaceful vacation oasis.

The soothing sounds of the fountain on the pool deck coupled with the waves meeting the shore in the distance, provide a relaxing melody for a much needed vacation. The unit overlooks the resort style pool, mushroom fountain, and beautiful landscaped common areas with partial ocean views. Enjoy an evening relaxing in the hot tub or grilling your favorite dinner at one of the community outdoor grills onsite.
In addition, the unit has deeded beach access just a few steps away. Just walk roughly a block down Scenic Gulf Drive and cross the street to the gated beach access to enjoy the most beautiful beaches anywhere around. Free beach service is provided including 2 chairs and an umbrella for your stay.

There are several nearby beach restaurants in walking distance and many more incredible dining options in the surrounding areas. Head less than a mile either east or west for fabulous shopping and entertainment at either of Destin’s two outdoor malls, Destin Commons or Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall.

Spring Break trip

We had a great trip - the condo is just as advertised. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. The pool that is heated was perfect despite the chillier temps (mid 60s to low 70s all week). The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The beach is just a short walk away and Jeff (the beach attendant) was great - he had our chairs set up in the same spot the whole week after the first day. Next time we come to Destin, we will definitely look to book here again!

family vacation

the condo was great....i would have preferred our private beach to have been closer and not as crowded as 4 different resorts being together...Jeff was great with our chairs...our family was staying at Gulfview and that was nice to have them close... the fees for cleaning , insurance, and service was a little too much for me...i did it because we had not booked anything but that will be a factor in what i do next time.......the host were great and love the condo.....it was very clean and very well decorated...has everything you need to stay in Florida...great location in the condos...Elevator across from the condo and trash bin across from room...

Overall it was an amazing trip, even with the tornado. I am definitely marking this as my favorite spot for when I do a guest spot at that shop again this was a perfect easy drive. Absolutely beautiful beach absolutely using again

We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay and can’t wait to come back again. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Pool was fantastic and the walk to the beach was not too far. The beach itself may have been the most amazing beach we’ve ever been too. Our kids ages ranged 14-infant and they all had a blast!
