This is the best priced, 795-square-foot, one-bedroom condominium on the sixth floor in the Luau II Tower. Experience all that Sandestin's newest and highly sought-after beachside condominium. The architecture, amenities, and living features are unmatched. This sixth-floor unit is completely furnished and professionally decorated. It is one of the larger one-bedroom units.

The Luau's barbecue area and swimming pools are located along the stream that winds through the complex with fabulous landscaping. In this beautiful oasis is a swim-under waterfall and a walk-under grotto passageway connecting the pool decks and the heated spa. There is also a fitness center. This unit is now ready to occupy.

Enjoy great accommodations on the shore of Choctawatchee Bay. There you will find variety of water sports, jogging paths, shops, and restaurants at the Village of Baytown Wharf.

In addition, we provide umbrella, beach chairs, and hi-speed internet for our guests.

Without a doubt, the best vacation experience I've had in visiting the Sandestin area in 25 years! The host was very responsive, the unit EXTREMELY clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen equipment, beach gear, etc. The location is perfect. Just a short walk through lovely landscaping to the beach. I highly recommend this condo to anyone desiring a stay in Sandestin. Great view, very comfortable and wonderful proximity to the pool. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

This was a great condo for our family of four. The host was very communicative and we loved that this condo came with an umbrella and four chairs for us to set up. We had three other families meet us that stayed in other units in the complex. The mini golf and pool were great amenities for our teenagers! *The beach area is very crowded, so our biggest piece of advice is to have someone from your group go to the beach around 6:00am each morning to set up the umbrella and chairs..if you do that, you are golden!5 stars for a great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Luau. Condo was clean, super easy to get to the beach, and very close. Only thing I would change is knowing we had no soap or shampoo provided- not a big deal though.

Nice condo!

Overall we enjoyed our time at this condo. It had everything we needed and looked just like the pictures. Property owner was very responsive and accommodating. It would have been helpful to have a binder with info inside of the Sandestin resort as it's so big and theres plenty to do. We werent sure which pools we could use or where they were located. I think a lot of guests would appreciate having this info on hand in the condo. Also, we were not informed about any construction taking place at the condo prior to our visit or before booking so this was a bit of a surprise to us upon arrival. They were hammering and drilling most days although not at night, thank goodness.

It was great if you like a nicely furnished condo, convenient parking, a fast elevator, a lovely heated pool, perfect weather, beautiful white sand, a location near good golf courses and restaurants, and a kind and responsive owner. Other than that, it was okay.

Life at The Luau

Great location! My wife, my 9 year son, and I stayed at the Luau for the week and it was nothing short of amazing. The condo was very clean and the perfect size for us three. Very very short walk to the beach and the pool was always open and perfect for the days where we just didn’t feel like going to the beach. We will definitely be staying again.
