Our condo was beautiful and we loved the close proximity to Baytowne Wharf. I only have two minor suggestions. The first would be to provide guests with the information ahead of time that the unit is located at The Grand Sandestin - our airport shuttle seemed to have a difficult time without this bit of information even though the address was provided. The second would be a recommendation for bedsheets with deeper pockets - my husband and I fought the sheets the entire length of our stay because they kept popping off the corners of the mattress. We also had a bit of difficulty finding the linens for the pullout sofa but we eventually found them. Again, these were trivial incidents and did not impact our overall experience. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Nice resort and property. Perfect for meetings at the convention center. Condo could use some updating but comfortable and good value. Some stains on furniture, blinds in bedroom are broken and no mats or rugs to catch sand. There is a shelf in the bathroom that is over the toilet that is a dangerous risk for hitting head. The biggest problem we had was management. Did not get information on parking in advance but we contacted them and confirmed it. We were not aware that condo did not include use of the shuttle which should have been in description. Also we contacted management multiple times for a code to the pool gate. None of the codes ever worked. Hopefully these problems can be corrected.

The room was clean, shops nearby that was perfect,family friendly very nice, I don’t like I never got the codes for the pool and gym, was so annoying I had to wait for someone to open the door for us, I got so mad I couldn’t get in the gym 2 mornings, I let you know about this problem never called me back so I’m so disappointed
