I took my daughter and grandchildren for a get away after the school year and your property was excellent!! The condo was clean and beautiful just like the web site said it was and we loved the location and the view!!! Wish we could have stayed longer it was just a wonderful get away.

Beautiful condo

We had a very nice stay at the condo. It was spacious and well equipped. The furniture was nice and the decorations were beautiful. It felt very clean. It has a reserved parking spot under the building which was nice for the rainy days we had. The only downside (which wasn’t their fault) was that the algae was really bad in the water. There was also a lot of jellyfish. Not sure if that’s seasonal or just bad luck. Other beaches in the area didn’t have the algae like it did here.

Clean condo

This condo is very clean and updated. Only negative is the seating. Pictures show 2 couches. There is only one and some chairs. Very hard to get comfortable around the tv at night with the family after being at the beach all day. It was nicer before with more comfortable seating, making it easier to relax.

Perfect condo

This beautiful, spacious condo was perfect for our spring break trip. Everything was very clean, updated and in perfect working order. The fourth floor location was perfect, right next to the stairwell. The view of the ocean/pool area was gorgeous. Having the pickleball and basketball courts right downstairs was perfect for busy middle school aged kids. Access to the ocean and pool was great. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely rent it again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Only downfall is the view is a little obscured from the living room because there is a building there. Wish they had seasonings for food. At least even salt and pepper. But other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Tides Delivers Again

We have now stayed at Tides 3 times and leave satisfied and pleased yet again! Enjoyed our room, pool and facilities. Grille and bar really make it nice as well. Our condo was great too. Small thing, good elevators with good speed.

Great location and ocean front view

Overall it was a very nice place and would recommend staying here. We stayed here for a week. This is our 3rd time at the Tops'l complex and by far it was the best condo we stayed in. Here is my objective review: Pros - Great view of the ocean and pool. It was convenient to peek over the balcony to gauge the crowd levels at the pool and beach but far enough not to disturb you. - Assigned covered parking - this was convenient b/c of the rain the tropical storm brought with it for 3 days. - Proximity to the beach was a 2 minute walk - Trash chute and stairwell were right next to the unit - The unit had less foot traffic compared to the other units we stayed previously - Good size patio. It wraps around the corner but that side very small (picture makes it seem larger than what it is) Cons (Complex) - The large pool was closed for maintenance - Limited pool hours for other smaller pool - Signs for social distancing and pool capacity were posted but never enforced. Postings were a facade. - Front desk sent us to the wrong building and we had to go back and forth in the rain 3 times. After talking to the owner (who was responsive) we figured out what was going on we got it straightened out after we were all drenched. - Plenty of utility carts to move your items in and out of the unit. Cons (Unit) - It lacked some simple maintenance in both bathrooms and for the patio furniture but not a show stopper. We took time stamped pictures (just for evidence) and dealt with it. - WiFi was spotty and slow. It kept timing out every 10-15 mins and normally wouldn't be that important but because we had 3 days of rain due to the tropical storm in the gulf and was stuck in the condo, it was. - Mattresses felt cheap and were very firm and uncomfortable. - Electric stoves are not the easiest to cook on. Also, bring your own chopping knives (as I did this time) because all of the utensils were not ideal for cooking. Cons (VRBO) - This might be the last time I book through VRBO. This is probably my 8th time and every year the fees seemed to increase. We paid over $500 in fees just to book this place.
