Wonderful Stay!

House was beautiful and super clean. View was amazing and the complex was perfect. The gulf carts made it easy to get around and we were able to watch the fireworks from every side on the back patio. Perfect getaway!

Incredible views - our favorite house in Sandestin

This is our family’s second time to stay in this house. It is our absolute favorite. (We’ve been the last 5 summers and stayed here twice) We have 5 adults and kids ranging in ages from 3-21. There are many things we love about this place. The views are unmatched, sunsets are amazing, we love having coffee on the screened in porch. We love the view from the living room and master balcony too. The adults and kids enjoy hanging and playing on the grass overlooking the bay and hitting a few golf balls in the evening. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins swimming in the bay one evening. The home itself is SUPER clean and well kept. We had everything we needed. The third floor is great for our teen girls to have their own space. The other four rooms are a great size too. Perfect layout for mult-family stay. There are two new golf carts since we last stayed and they were so comfy and nice. We would absolutely recommend this place and plan to stay again many times in the future!!

Great family vacation

2nd Summer at Vantage Point. Beautiful location, nicely appointed. Very comfortable for 6 adults and 5 grandkids. From reservation to final check in directions the communication with the mangers was excellent. The two golf carts are a must….park your car and use the carts for beach and around Sandestin…..makes you feel like a local. Great time had by all.

Vantage Pointe

Condo was beautiful and very roomy. Plenty of room for the nine of us. Very clean. The main complaint was the parking. You have a condo that sleeps 13 people and only one parking space which was not convenient. Having 2 golf carts was wonderful. All and all very nice Russell Vacation Rentals was wonderful to work with. Very informative and fast in getting back to you.

Great property, with 2 golf carts. The most beautiful sunsets in our backyard… the house was super clean and organized. The only complaint was the AC in all bedrooms was not cold….. in fact we were hot…..Also beds were too hard and were not comfortable.

Great Place for Family Gatherings

Ample space for everyone. Spacious closets and bathrooms. Plenty of storage so that you are not forced to live out of your suitcase the entire time. View of the bay is fantastic. Location is very convenient. Golf carts were the BEST feature. The parking situation was not ideal , but overflow parking was not that far away and golf carts could be used to shuttle others to the house. More paper products were supplied than I ever imagined would be. However, there were only two dish towels and no potholders, but luckily I brought both. The washer and dryer have seen better days, but they get the job done. Listing for the house needs to be updated to include Keurig - just says coffee maker - but it has both. I’m a clean freak and the only negative for me was that many of the doors (especially pantry door and door to screened porch) were very dirty where people are touching the door instead of closing by the doorknob. A good scrubbing and perhaps a coat of paint will easily rectify that. Overall, a great place to make lasting memories.

Beautiful scenery!

The house was beautiful. Looking out at the bay was amazing! We enjoyed the sunset and seeing the dolphins. Wish it wasn't as far from the beach but the golf carts make it a lot easier to get back and forth. Property management was very quick to respond to any issues or questions! Very friendly! Just a few negatives: it is was FREEZING in the living room and hot in the downstairs bedroom. So it was a tug of war to get both rooms comfortable. Only having 1 parking space caused issues. There is VERY little "overflow" parking. Several times vehicles had to be parked a mile away from the house.

Perfect location, beautiful home and views!

This is a GREAT home and we felt so lucky to find it! The 5 bedrooms fit our needs perfectly. We traveled with 12 people total, including kids ranging in ages of a one year old, up to 18. Everyone had an amazing time! One of the main reasons we chose this property was because it fit us well but also because it came with two golf carts. We will always rent only if it comes with a cart in Sandestin (a must!!) and the fact this one came with two was perfect for our large group! We loved driving the carts to the beach, the grocery store, the pool and over to restaurants and activities at Baytowne Warf. The sunrise on the screened porch made for such peaceful mornings drinking coffee. This is hands down the BEST place in Sandestin to watch the sunset. Others have to drive to see it and we could watch by sitting on the porch and balcony or just walk right outside. Many of us also enjoyed being right on the golf course too. We love Sandestin and plan to have many more family trips in the future! This is a very clean and beautiful home and we would definitely recommend and also rent again in the future.

Great Family Vacation

This was an amazing vacation rental. It was beautiful and the scenery was gorgeous. My son and nephew had so much fun fishing behind the house. The only issue we had, was the air did not work well in the bedroom on first floor and it got very hot at night. It also took a while to get down to the beach. If you’re not traveling with small children and a whole lot of stuff like we were, it really wouldn’t be an issue. The location was beautiful and the house was so nice and clean. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful place but needs some pest control

The view was outstanding and overall we loved this property. The screened in porch was awesome and the bayside location was superb. Everything about it was pretty great with the exception of one main thing. The front first floor bedroom had roaches in the adjoining bathroom. When the light was turned on the roaches were visibly scurrying away. This is something that could be remedied with pest control but was a big deterrent during our stay. Also, not a big deal but the beds were pretty hard and did not give much at all. I know some people like it that way and perhaps the owners do like firm beds, but they were too hard for our parties' liking.
