Woodland Shores Townhome 18 is Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey
Tastefully clad in neutral blue-grays and crisp whites with stunning navy and ocean blue accents, Woodland Shores Townhome 18 has everything needed for a perfect beach vacation.
Located just a short walk from the white-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this charming townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The kitchen and bathrooms have been beautifully updated and the unit also features a laundry center with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs, the Primary Bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking the community pool; and the Guest Bedroom features two queen beds.
Woodland Shores is centrally located close to a myriad of restaurants, shopping destinations, Golf, and other area attractions. Don’t let this one get away!
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
