The holiday apartment is located completely separately on the ground floor of a former farmhouse on a spacious, completely fenced (1.30 m high) and separate leisure property of approx. 3000 sqm in a quiet location (approx. 800 sqm are available for exclusive use). It was extensively expanded and tastefully furnished until 2017 with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function - extra bed for 2 persons possible - 1.20 m wide, flat screen TV, radio/CD player, dining table, fireplace), two separate bedrooms each with flat screen TV (1 x a double bed and two stackable beds, 1 x a double bed, additional extra bed for 1 person possible), a large kitchen (complete with electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, freezer). dining table, various small kitchen appliances), two bathrooms (1 x shower/WC, 1 x shower and bathtub each, hairdryer), a guest WC, washing machine and central heating. Roggentin is a district of the resort town of Mirow (12 km) on the edge of the Müritz National Park. The surrounding area is very rural. Wide fields, meadows, forests and paddocks dominate the landscape. There are several bathing lakes about 5 km away. Nature holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet will find perfect conditions here. Mirow is a small town in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District between the residential town of Neustrelitz (approx. 25 km away) and the spa town of Waren/Müritz (approx. 45 km away). The town's biggest attraction is the castle island with Mirow Castle, which was only reopened in June 2014 after many years of restoration. The castle is the backdrop for events. Guided tours and markets also take place there. The town is located on the Müritz-Havel waterway and the Mirower See lake in the town is also connected to the Müritz via several bodies of water, making Mirow a centre of attraction for water sports enthusiasts and hikers. The St John's Church and the idyllic Love Island are also worth a visit. There are several restaurants, shops and cafés in the town, as well as boat and bicycle hire.
